We are incredibly grateful to Gina. She is a lender that is genuinely interested in helping you get a house and highly motivated to figure out how to get it done. She really cares about people. Before we started the process of getting approved, she actually set up an appointment with us to go over everything with us and really get to know us. My husband is self-employed and she was the only lender willing to help us figure out the best way to accurately show our income in order to qualify. Because of this, we probably wouldn't have gotten a house without her! She is so knowledgeable and doesn't beat around the bush and will tell you things exactly as they are. We had some last minute issues come up right before closing and she navigated it beautifully. Because Gina is so good at what she does, she is incredibly busy. This made it difficult to get in touch with her office at times, which did create some very stressful situations wondering if things were going to go through. She did have some personal extenuating circumstances during our home buying process which I think added to the lack of communication.
